最近开始每天都看一个节目
然后可以学到三个俚语单词
为了能够巩固知识
现在决定每天更新在blog上
先把前几天学到的记录一下：
He goes down u go down 意思是他完蛋你也完蛋，可以用在当两个或两个团体命运息息相关的时候

i`m not going down for u r mistakes,i cann`t stand it any more.


Do i have a green lignt to smoke 俚语a green light 意思是获得一个许可，表达一种客气的征求意见
If u do not give him what he want ,u`ll never hear the end of it 俚语never hear the end of it意思是说如果你不给他他想要的，那么你将会被他永无休止的折腾
have we corssed our path before 这也是句很经典的俚语 意思是我们是否曾经见过面
he posined me against u 意思是说他陷害我来迎取你的相信
fear，the city is rank of it 意思是说这个城市充满了恐惧 rank可以表达多种含义意思是说一样东西到了一种很糟糕的程度

stuff one`s face意识是说某人沉醉深陷某事

vane意思是说衰退譬如his passion is vaning

be barred to意思是说被挡在外面被拒绝

譬如说her heart is barred to me

out of season意思是说不流行或者不和适宜

譬如说the apple tastes not good,it`s out of season

      he is a famous actor,but now he is out of seasom

      this bar is out of season,we can go to another

be sure of oneself意思是说某人对自己有信心

譬如：she walks like she is sure of herself

     he was falling love her but he wasn`t sure of himself
corss a line表示越线表示某人行为超越规则
譬如i cann`t stand it any more,he corssed a line


Hit the road. 上路了

A：Do you want to come in for some tea? 你要不要进来喝个茶呢？

B：No. I''m running late. I really need to hit the road. 不了。我快迟到了，得上路了。

“running late”是快迟到了的意思。“Hit the road”的“hit”有“去”的意思。好比某人每周去健身房三次，你就可以说“He hits the gym three times a week.”“I really need to hit the road.”还可以用说成“I really need to get going.”

kick ass 了不起

A：Wow, you fixed my computer in less than 10 minutes. You''re good. 哇！你不到十分钟就把我的计算机修好了呀！你很棒！

B：Yes. I just kick ass. 是的！我就是厉害！

· airhead意思是说愚蠢的人（空气脑袋？？？哈哈哈）
· my sister's boyfriend is a real airhead.
· meaning: stupid person

zip意思是和nothing差不多
he knew zip about running the company.
meaning: nothing

still waters run deep意思是真人不露相

be dying to do sth意思是非常急切的渴望做某事

fly off the handle意思是说情绪失去控制
譬如i sometimes fly off the handle for nothing

odd things表示需要处理的小事情杂事
譬如i will go back in hour,i need to do some odd things

terribly表示很，非常是一个表示程度
譬如u r a terribly nice gril

in some respects表示转折的口气
譬如i`m realy exicted to have a new start,in some respects i wanner to have more days to sleep

no Shakespeare 意识是说某人语言表达能力不行或者有腼腆的含义
譬如 i like the girl ver much ,but i no shakespeare to tell her


whole kit and caboodle意识是说足够了
譬如do u want more food?
     no thanks ,it`s whole kit and caboodle

tyke表示小孩子小宝贝的意思
譬如my sister had a baby i will go to see the little tyke

funny business意思是说出现的不太平的事情
例如we trust u can take care of this house but if there is any funny business while we`re gone , u will be in  a serious trouble

breaking and entering意思是指破门而入
例如i warn u leave right now,u r breanking and entering

strikely speaking意思是说严肃的说
譬如i wanna help u ,but strikely speaking if i do this i will feel bad of my self

blasted意思是说糟糕的 恶心的 另人厌恶的


wicked意思是说很酷，表示惊讶感叹

hand me downs意思是说别人传给自己
譬如i have not new clothes only the hand me downs from my sister

to carry on意思是说继续保持

have it one`s way意思是说按照某人的方式去做
譬如he need not our help,he will have it his way

select few意思是说精选的
譬如u must work very hard because it a select few will be admitted to that college

brilliant在英国俚语中意思是说非常棒非常好

jinx意思是事情陷入诅咒般的糟糕境地
譬如i think we were jinxed,troubles follow us everywhere


put out强迫某人离开/感到厌烦

doormat对某人无视不尊重
i`m not a doormat,treat me like a person or leave

zip还是有很多引申意义的，最基本的还是拉链吧？
拉起拉链就是什么都不暴露，意思是nothing或者口紧都可以的
